which goals by a panel of experts
The Premier League reviews all goals scored in every League Match, and if there are any in respect of which the identity of the scoring player is in doubt, then a panel set up by the Board determines who will stand in the records as the scorer. The decision shall be final.
The panel set up by the Board is drawn from people who have participated as a referee, player or manager at the highest level of the game. Their rulings for the 2013/14 season can be found below.
