Men and Woman: How To Get Better In Bed

Officials of NAFDAC made an arrest recently. They intercepted four truck loads of unregistered aphrodisiacs known as Heragra and Ziagra, peddled as remedies for er*ctile dysfunction and low libido.

Director-General of NAFDAC, Paul Orhii, said these s*x enhancers were imported in dangerous doses that were way above the globally acceptable recommendations.

Orhii says, “The unregistered sildenafil citrate tablets are usually registered and recommended in 25mg, 50mg and 100mg, but the unregistered Heragra and Ziagra that we seized came in a strength of 120mg, which is almost double the recommended strength.”

In simple terms, the drugs came in amounts that could harm any individual who attempts to use these s*x enhancers to boost his performance in bed. An aphrodisiac is a substance that increases libido.

But why use dangerous drugs when there are simple steps you can take today to do well in bed?

Doctors say because they are in high demand in the market, counterfeiters now see producing and selling fake and substandard s*x enhancers to the unsuspecting public as a means of making quick profit.

Tackle stress
Consultant Gynaecologist, Dr. James Onore, notes that work-related stress, which has become a normal hazard in the 21st century, could be the reason why the man or the woman cannot experience sexual desire or gain much pleasure from love-making as they used to.

The expert explains that when a man or woman is stressed out, the body responds by releasing some chemicals that reduce the male and female sexual hormones, hence lowering their libido.

“The body reacts to stress by releasing adrenaline and cortisol and these chemicals interfere with your body’s s*xual hormone levels, and result is a low libido. Stress also narrows the artery, which now restricts bloodflow to the penis — a situation that can also lead to erectile dysfunction.

“The penis will not be as turgid as it should be. The emotional angle is that stress can reduce your libido by distracting you and taking your mind off sexual desire,” Onore states.

Drop the bottle
If you have been drinking a lot of alcohol with your buddies lately, you may score low points in the bedroom. Experts note that while a little alcohol can help lower inhibitions, too much can impair the nervous system and lead to fatigue, making it difficult to get aroused s*xually.

The trick, they say, is for the man to know when to stop on the bottle.

Onore states, “Men who take alcohol to enhance their performance in bed are actually reducing their s*xual performance. Alcohol inhibits sexual performance, it does not boost it. In fact, a glass of wine is all you need to feel good about yourself, which may help you more receptive to the idea of s*x; it does not make you enjoy it. It is better to steer clear of it when you are already experiencing low desires for s*x.”

Sleep at least eight hours a day
Lack of sleep contributes to low sexual desire for women. Onore says quality sleep is an essential ingredient for good s*xual health, especially in women, who tend to sleep less than men generally. To knock out this problem quickly, the gynaecologist says getting at least eight hours of sleep during the weekend would help women reduce stress levels and restore their libido, not to mention the good it will bring into their marriage beds.

It is not just about the man, there are natural aphrodisiacs that can help both male and female get their groove back.

Because many of the natural aphrodisiacs are basically made from plant sources, food experts say they have little or no side effects when compared to synthetic s*x enhancers which may not work and when they do, come with serious and embarrassing side effects.

A natural aphrodisiac, according to sexual health experts on Live Strong, is tomato. Many food experts prefer to call the tomato the “apple of love,” as its juice has been proved to boost the production of some sexual hormones.

Scientists have found aphrodisiac properties in common spices and herbs. Researchers at the University of Guelph in Ontario, Canada, conducted an extensive review of dozens of studies on various plant products thought to have aphrodisiac powers and found ginger to be a very potent sex enhancer.

They say ginger, nutmeg, turmeric powder and jalapeno pepper are powerful aphrodisiacs that increase s*xual prowess by enhancing the secretion of testosterone in men as well as in women.

Tomatoes, they say, have the juice that can improve muscle control in the groin, and can aid in a number of other between-the-sheets efforts, too.

You can use this weekend to make up for the hours of sleep you lost and make your spouse happy!

DEAR MEN; SEE The 20 Things Women Hide From You

Men think they’re better at hiding things (like that Tupperware that’s been sitting in their desk for 3 months growing mold) but they’re wrong — they make jokes about how bad we are at keeping secrets, but we’ve been keeping a lot from them:

1. How often we check his Facebook. And Twitter. And Instagram. And anything else we can get our hands on without getting caught.

2. How much we tell our bestie. Spoiler alert: EVERYTHING.

3. Period panties. Buried underneath the piles and piles of thongs and sexy underwear we never wear are the ugly — but oh so practical — panties we wear during that special time of the month.

4. Farts. We will blame the dog even if the dog is nowhere in sight…or smell.

5. How we get in those jeans. Because all they really care about is how to get us out of them anyway.

6. PMS. He knows when it’s that time of the month but admitting it is like admitting we don’t wash our bra everyday… which we don’t.

7. Where hairs really grow. After 30 the possibilities are endless.

8. Shaving habits. Sometimes our legs look like crop signs. What can’t be seen shall not be shaved!

9. How much money we make. We don’t want to emasculate him by breaking through that glass ceiling, and also, more money for us to spend selfishly on ourselves.

10. Our “real” number. There’s the number of people we’ve admitted to sleeping with and then there’s the number of people we’ve actually slept with… and it’s a lot higher.

11. Any contact with our ex. Just because we’ll flip at the slightest mention of his ex doesn’t mean we’ve stopped being “just friends” with ours.

12. When other guys flirt with us. He doesn’t need to know — unless he’s pissing us off, and then yea, “he wants me.”

13. How crazy our mom is. This one’s tough because while we want to bitch to him about how crazy she makes us, we know that he knows we are slowly turning into her.

14. How we really feel about his mom. We are going to take him away from her and she’s just going to have to deal. Oh, and Christmas with our mom every year, duh.

15. Posing naked in the mirror. So when he asks us what our favorite position is we have already determined which one makes us look the skinniest, and it’s that.
16. Crying in the mirror. Making sure our real tears still look cute, and making sure our fake tears still look real.

17. Readjustments. We catch them all the time readjusting their balls but they never catch us readjusting our boobs.

18. 50 Shades of Grey. Because we don’t need him getting any crazy ideas…

19. How many of our notebooks are covered with his name in hearts. We aren’t teenage girls anymore but the notes from our Continuing Education class sure looks like we are.

20. How soon we see a future with him. From the moment we swipe right on Tinder the kids are already named and our whole life is planned out on Pinterest.

Apple Introduces The iPhone 6S And iPhone 6S Plus

Today, Apple has unveiled the latest generation of the iPhone in the form of the iPhone 6S and the iPhone 6S Plus. Rumors have been swirling for the past few months, with suggestions that Apple would integrate a Force Touch Display, update the devices’ cameras, and use a more powerful processor.

But the moment of truth has finally arrived, so let’s get to it.

As can be expected from an ‘S’ year, the next-generation iPhones don’t look all that different from last year’s models. However, the innards have been significantly tweaked.

Design

Following rumors, the next iPhone will come in a rose gold color, and all iPhone models are made with a brand new Apple custom alloy, the same alloys used in the aerospace industry. The Apple team has also introduced a new type of stronger gla$$ for the display.

3D Touch

Apple has introduced a feature called 3D Touch, which shows an extra dimension to the screen you’re used to. Using Force Touch, which is already available on the Apple Watch and on new MacBooks, users can hold down on various apps to both ‘peek’ and ‘pop’.

For example, you could lightly tap on the content of an email to peek at the content inside, and if you press harder, the content you’re peeking at will pop open fully.

As is standard with Force Touch, the iPhone will offer haptic feedback as a part of the 3D Touch experience.

A few examples of 3D Touch on the iPhone include: lightly tap on the camera icon to get camera options, and press harder to go straight into selfie mode, lightly tap on various app to choose to go into various parts of the app, lightly tap on a flight number and get flight tracking information as a ‘peek’, or Force Touch an address to get a preview within the Maps app.

It’s not just default Apple apps that use Force Touch — Instagram, Facebook and others have integrated 3D Touch into their apps to let you peek and pop.

Latest Crunch Report

Users can also employ Force Touch to switch between apps instead of using the old double-tap on the home button. Simply Force Touch the edge of the display and swipe between previously opened apps.

This is made possible with the addition of an array of sensors added right under the display.

A9

The new A9, found in the iPhone 6S and 6S Plus, is the third generation of the 64-bit chip Apple has been using, built with a new transistor architecture. It’s 70 percent faster than the A8 chip used in the iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus, and 90 percent faster graphics performance than the previous generation.

Alongside the new A9, the new iPhones will feature a brand new M9 coprocessor that is always on, to help detect motion for apps like Health. Thanks to the new processors, TouchID is twice as fast in the new phones.

And surisingly with a 2G RAM

Camera

For the first time in years, Apple is adding more megapixels to the iPhone camera, offering a 12-megapixel camera. That’s a 50 percent improvement from earlier generations of the iSight camera.

But in order to avoid trading off more pixels for lower image quality, Apple has introduced ‘deep trench isolation’, which separates photo diodes to help maintain accurate color quality and reduce crosstalk and noise.

The new iSight camera still protrudes slightly from the body of the phone, just as it does on the iPhone 6 and 6 Plus.

Beyond still imagery, the new iSight camera is also capable of taking 4K video, which means each frame has 8 million pixels.

Plus, the front-facing camera has been upgraded to a 5-megapixel camera. And for selfie fans out there, Apple has added a new front-facing flash feature that uses the LED screen to mimic a TrueTone flash that you’d find on the back of the camera. The display also gets 3X brighter right at the moment of capture (similar to Photo Booth on OS X) so that there is enough light for your Kardashian-style shots.

Apple is also introducing a new feature called Live Photos. This works by taking a few extra frames of photos before and after you snap a photo, so that each of your photos have snippets of live action. With the introduction of this feature, Apple is providing APIs so that third-party developers can integrate Live Photos into their own apps, with Facebook coming soon.

Some Other Stuff

The new iPhones support 23 LTE bands up to 300mbps, alongside WiFi up to 866mbps. And if you’re thinking of jumping ship from Android to iOS, Apple is releasing a new app that will help you move over your photos, notes, etc. There are also a bunch of new iCloud storage pricing plans, with 50GB for $1/month, 200GB for $2.99/month, and 1TB for $9.99/month.

In terms of pricing and availability, the new iPhone 6S and iPhone 6S Plus will come in the exact same prices and configurations as the previous generation, starting at $199 and $299 respectively for the 16GB model.

But beyond that, Apple is starting a new iPhone Upgrade Program that will allow users to get an unlocked phone that includes Apple Care and costs $32/month. Every year.

Everything goes live on September 25

WOW.... see how to see who viewed your facebook profile the most

Everyone is curious to know who visited their Facebook profile. Be it a girl or a boy, they tend to have an etching desire to find out who visited their Facebook profile as they are filled with these common questions- “Whether my crush checks my profile?”

“Who views my pics?”, “Which girl/Boy always views my profile?” and so on…Its natural, but i have seen many people getting tricked by 3rd party software that doesn’t provide appropriate results but just spams on their Facebook Wall’s, so here’s a wonderful trick that’ll help you find who views your profile the most!

How to track who visited my facebook profile?

Its easy to do. Just follow these steps and you’ll succeed in finding out who visited your Facebook Profile!

Go To Your Facebook timeline – facebook.com/abcd

Right click on your timeline and hit “View page Source”.

Now, you’ll be redirected to a new page with lots codes.

Hold CTRL+F on your keyboard, a text box appears at the right corner, in that box, type- “InitialChatFriendsList” (Don’t include Quotes)

Next to that word, you’ll see a list of numbers, these are the profile ID’s of people who visit your timeline.

Just go to “facebook.com” and paste the ID number beside it with a “\” . For example, if the ID is abcd, you have to put it as- facebook.com/abcd.

ATTENTION!!! The Formula To Make A Hit Song Case Study YBNL Nation

YBNL Nation is a well acclaimed record label which has been in existence for about 6 years now. The label has steadily risen and has gone from having one artist  to having more than 3 artists and 2 producers.

Olamide, the CEO Of YBNL Nation , was the first artist under this label. He is currently one of the biggest artists in Nigeria as he is the most successful of the so-called local rappers. I’m not here to give you a history of YBNL Nation or tell you about their rise to the top, I am here to talk about what i call “The Formula“.

I have studied the Nigerian Music Industry and I must tell you that there is actually an unidentified mechanism, a technique, a combination of certain elements which a song needs to be successful.

The YBNL Nation team is one which has mastered these elements and put them to good use because  at the moment it seems like they can’t go wrong. I would  briefly talk about these elements while using YBNL Nation as a case study.

I have summarised all these techniques into three:

UNIQUE PRODUCTION
In Nigerian music,  production determines almost 60% of the songs success because the beat of the song is one of the first things that catches a listeners attention in this part of the world especially. Most producers have a unique sound attributed to them and most times any song they use the sound for works.

Sarz had it in the “Kako Bi Chicken’ phase, Don Jazzy had it with his beats always having certain traditional sounds and now, I must tell you that Young John the wicked producer has it. I can’t explain the sound to you but I bet you have noticed yourself. The success of YBNL Nation’s songs currently, can partly be attributed to Young John’s amazing beats. He just keeps getting it right and as such always making jams.

A CATCHY HOOK
This is an area that a lot of artistes in Nigeria get it wrong. A good hook is never enough but a catchy hook, one that would register in the listeners mind once he or she hears it, now that is what is needed. Haven’t you wondered why everyone regardless of tribe knows Olamide’s choruses.

They don’t even want to know the meaning, why? Because they’ve been caught.  Look at all the songs they have churned out since last year, from ‘Story For The gods’, ‘Shoki’, Gbese, Bobo, the hooks and choruses of these songs are so catchy you just have to like the songs. It’s like YBNL Nation have a chorus machine somewhere because they don’t seem to get it wrong ever.

HOW RELATABLE THE SONG IS
Now this  is one element that nobody seems to identify. For your song to be successful in Nigeria,  someway somehow the listener should be able to relate. The listener must have an emotion rising as he listens to the song, whether pain, sorrow,  happiness, nostalgia , or just plain old excitement. The song must be able to make the person feel like you had him in mind.

This is quite hard but this is why the local rappers get it easily. People relate with their native language on a far higher level and YBNL Nation has mounted on this wave and surfed their way to the top of the charts. Olamide even found another way to ensure that his songs sink in by recycling old folk sings and slangs he did this in Bobo even in Lagos Boys. This has worked perfectly and i can’t wait to see he would do next.

Im sure you can see that these are the elements which necessitate success for a song and if you are an artist reading this then hopefully its not too late.
